7th Annual Autumn Goddess Retreat Festival – September 26, 2015

CHESTER SPRINGS, PA—Wellness in Harmony will be hosting it’s Annual Autumn Goddess Retreat Festival on September 26 at the West Pikeland Cultural Center (1645 Art School Rd., Chester Springs, PA 19425) from 10 am to 6pm. This year marks the seventh year of the festival, which offers women, men and children of all ages the opportunity to experience a stress-free, fun filled day of music, dance, holistic workshops and activities as we celebrate the inner divine essence within all of us, and the deep connection shared with each other and with the Earth. Through this celebration, the festival also raises awareness about Domestic Violence with the intention of bringing an end to the violence and supporting the men, women and children in our local community whose lives have been torn apart by Domestic Violence.

According to Linda Dieffenbach, owner of Wellness in Harmony LLC and the founder, creator and host of the Autumn Goddess Retreat Festival, the event is “designed to build community, raise awareness, and bring joy to all who attend.” The event brings together a wide variety of holistic and spiritual healers, teachers, and artists. This year’s festival will include over 30 local vendors, including event sponsors:

  • Linda Dieffenbach, of Wellness in Harmony
  • Andrea B. Largent of Field Constellations
  • Christopher Largent, of the Seventh Academy
  • Eagle Skyfire
  • Blue Turtle Intuitive Counseling
  • The Salt Vault
  • Mindful Body & Soul

Workshops and activities presented by various vendors will explore spirituality, dance, health, healing, food and more. Throughout the day, participants can also enjoy musical and dance performances by Bumbada Women Drumming, Lynn Miller, Dave Antonio, Tapestry Tribal, Tom Dieffenbach and others.

The Autumn Goddess Retreat Festival is also an annual fundraising event that has supported a number of charities over the years, including Bringing Hope Home, which supports local families battling cancer; Jars of Hope, which is a food bank that supports families throughout Lancaster County; The Wolf Sanctuary of Pennsylvania; and raised medical expenses to support a child fighting Neuroblastoma. The festival has evolved into a fundraiser to raise awareness and funds for The Domestic Violence Center of Chester County through admissions, donations, and a basket raffle, with prizes donated by vendors.

Admission for the Autumn Goddess Retreat Festival is $10 and includes admission to the event, access to all workshops, and live music and dance performances. Children under 12 are free. Visitors who bring a donation for the Domestic Violence Center of Chester County will receive $3 off admission.
